This cabinet is made of European Oak.  The overall design is fairly simple with straight lines and crisp edges throughout.  The only extravagances are the book-matched door panels and the drawer fronts that are veneered in oak burr and normally concealed behind the right hand door .  The cabinet is finished in matt hard wax oil.
